I've been thinking about new champion ideas for a longer time, and usually when i were about to pop them in here, you (Riot) came with a champion which kind of where the same i were thinking about. But i think i got one you havn't thought about yet. Now, i don't really knew where to put this, so i hope it's the right place. And no, i havn't played Dota, recently i told my friend about this champion idea, and he said theres a kinda similar champion, just with more combinations, in Dota.
Aelythiira is a champ with very high difficulty if you’re going to play her right. Her Skillshots are build with combination which makes her very strong, if you got her right. Aelythiira isn’t that known tho. She seems to be Karma’s sister, but no one knows for sure. She’s raised in the same area as Ashe and Sejuani, but has always been a little outsider. She’s a standart mage, based upon Power (just like Fury), which i thought could be a little interesting. She got extremly low cooldowns, because every time she wants to use an ability, it takes two. She might sound a little too op, but remember you need to know every combination to use her right, and thats the difficult part. But for Karma mains (like I) it might not be that hard... I just thought it through. maybe the scaling is a bit too high. She is very weak early game, but can get incredible strong in late game. She starts with 1 ability, she then can't use, but can in level 2

Health growth stat: Very low ~~Mana growth stat: ~~ Movement speed: 345 units
Primary: Mage Secondary: Support
Passive - Bending For sending a single skillshot you need to pair two of her basic abilities or one and her ultimate. She gains movement speed from the amount of fury she got and ability power (temporarily). Fury is generated by successfully pair two of her abilities and hit an enemy champ, or monster (+5 fury pr. hit). She can max have 50 fury. and gains a percentage ability power modifier for each (+2% ap pr. fury). All fury is lost upon death, or using an ability while at max fury (this ability will then do true damage). Her movement speed don’t disappear when she uses an ability on max fury tho. When she does that, she gain +50% movement speed for 3 sec. Her ultimate is a little speciel tho.
Q - Force cd: 4/3,5/2/,1,5 sec If first in a pair: Charges a skillshot based upon a line as Karma’s W, dealing magic damage over time 10/20/30/40/50 (+50% ap) each half second in three seconds, after the last tick the second effect appears.
Combinations:
Q + E = Launces a line, and after 3/2,75/2,5/2,25/2 seconds it kinda "pops" dealing splash damage to all enemy units in a short range as broken icepices shreds out everwhere
Q + W = If the line gets time to tick all three secs on the enemy champion, icewalls will apear, trapping the enemy champ for additional 3 seconds, it is though possible to use ghost and get out, or flash, because the mecanicks is just like a lovely minion block.
Q + R = Aelythiira connects herself to an ally. When ever Aelythiira and that ally is in range of each other from that point (she can etablish new connections whenever she wants to), that ally takes 10/20/30/40/50 (+50% ap) reduces damage. Aelythiira heals for 10% of the damage the ally recives while being connected
W - Manipulation cd: 4/3,5/2/1,5 If first in a pair: Aelythiira makes a lifedraining iceground, which drains all enemies in it 20/30/40/50/60 (+20% ap) pr sec.
Combinations:
W + Q = The ground also becomes slowing (by 10/20/30/40/50% as W levels up).
W + E = Iceicles falls down onto enemy champs and minions once every second, dealing additional 20/30/40/50/60 (+30% ap) magical damage.
W + R = A ice wall appears, charging for 1 sec, until it moves 100 units towards the cursor, pushing enemy champs
E - Extracting If first in a pair: Charges a magical bolt dealing 20/30/40/50/60 (+40% ap) as the base for her next ability
Combinations:
E + Q = Fires a heavily charged magical bolt, which, on succesfull hit on an enemy champion, creates lashes, from the hitten and to other enemy champs in a short range. If three enemy champs are hit, they are instantly rooted for 1/1,5/1,75/2/2,5 sec and are dealt additional 5/10/15/20/25 (+40% ap) damage.
E + W = Fires a magical charge, on successful hit, all enemies in a short range, are knocked asice by a stone pillar, just like Tryndamirs, lasting there for 1/1,5/2/2,5/3 sec. Knocking enemies 10/30/50/70/90 (+10% ap) units.
E + R = Fires a healing bolt, heals all ally champs it passes through for 10% ap
R - Reverse cd: 0 Simply reverses the effect. Though it drains fury everytime you use ultimate (-10 fury).
