Game Mode Concept: Teemo Hide & Seek
Map: Summoner's Rift† Limitations: Teemo disabled at Champion Select. No Sweepers, Oracle's Extract, Raptor Buff. No Jungle Camps†, Turrets†, Inhibitors†, Nexus†, Minions†. Buffs: Typical RGM-type buffs (accelerated gold, lv. 3 start, etc.)† Gameplay: Two rounds, 20† minutes each. Teams switch sides once the objective is met or time runs out, whichever happens first.
Details: In each round, everyone on the Red team plays Teemo, starts with 1 point in Noxious Trap, is given 10† charges of Noxious Trap, and has a 45† second head start from base to spread themselves and their Noxious Traps across Summoner's Rift†. Red team cannot re-enter base area after leaving unless killed. After 45† seconds on the field, the Blue team is released. Blue team may return to base and shop at will. The Blue team must find and kill Teemos as quickly as possible. As sweepers of any kind are disabled, care must be taken to avoid Noxious Traps and the team is reliant on their champion's abilities to uncover stealthed Teemos. When a Teemo is found and killed, it respawns at the Red base after ---† seconds, is able to shop, and is given 10† more charges of Noxious Trap. If a respanwed Teemo does not leave the base within ---† seconds, Blue team is rewarded ---†. Blue team's objective is to seek, locate, and destroy 15† Teemos as quickly as possible.

Just a rough concept for a fun game mode I dreamed up while bored. What do you think?

EDIT: There's been some discussion about how Red team could be opened up for more champions than just Teemo (in case the pure trolliness of it is just too much):
This seems like hide and seek... maybe make game more flexible so champians other than teemo can be on the hiding team? Otherwise I don't think this game will be played other than to prove how cancerous it is, lol.
I was kinda working around Teemo's stealth mechanics specifically. Maybe you could take the Nexus Siege/Black Market Brawlers approach and introduce some new items including a stealth trinket(?) and some placeable items (like in NS) that would help the hiding team?
