Champion Concept: Andre, the Flask Master
Andre is a champion designed to play a more supportive role, while being able to solo lane against non-aggressive champions. He uses much of the same tactics as Ziggs, Cassiopeia and Viktor, in that he is used for zoning and control.

Creationist(P): When Andre's basic abilities(Q, W, E) are all on cooldown at the same time, he may recast one of them again at no cost. (20 second CD)
Flask of Grease(Q): Andre throws a flask of grease on the ground in a target area, covering the zone for 5 seconds. Ally champions gain 15% movespeed while in the zone. Any enemy that enters the zone slides to the end of it, becoming unable to cast abilities or move until the end of the movement. If an enemy collides with terrain or another enemy, they take 75/125/175/225/275 +(50% AP) magic damage, and are stunned for 1/1.2/1.4/1.6/1.8 seconds. An enemy can only be slid across the grease ONCE.(21/19/17/15/13 second CD)
Molotov(W): Andre throws a molotov at a target area that explodes on contact. After exploding, enemies are lit on fire, taking 70/130/190/250/310 + (50% AP) magic damage over 4 seconds. If the molotov comes in contact with Grease, the area is lit on fire for 4 seconds and the grease dissipates. Any enemy that steps in the zone is lit on fire. If more grease is thrown touching the fire area, that area will also be lit on fire and the grease will dissipate.(Think about using passive to Q+W+Q)(12/11/10/9/8 second CD)
Jar of Fog(E): Andre throws a jar of fog that explodes in an area and lasts for 4 seconds. Enemies in the area have vision massively decreased, and are slowed by 20%. While the fog remains, it acts as terrain for things such as shadow of war and vision of enemies. Allies in the fog can only be seen by enemies within the fog. The fog can be moved through, even though it acts as terrain. (16 second CD at all ranks)
Stealth Trip(R): Andre tosses a jar of dust in the air that explodes in an area. EVERYTHING caught in the explosion(except for neutral monsters and minions) is given stealth for 3 seconds. Allies gain 10% movespeed while stealthed and will automatically critically strike on their first auto attack.
