Have you seen Full Machine Viktor's Concept Art?

There was too much visual clutter in it to remain like that. That is how concept art works; You do a concept that you base the skin off of. The splash art replicates the concept in an artistic/eye-catching way, and the in game model looks sleek so that it doesn't look blurry when not zoomed in on him.

What thing are you talking about? Full machine Viktor is a skin already.

I think Riot wanted something smoother for full machine viktor, something sleeker instead.
