Just a thought for Diana
Is there any reason the impact point of her Q can't do a little bonus damage or reduce CD's by like 1 second?

Why the impact point instead of the ark? Imo it's trickier to land the ark than the impact point.
a small buff to base ad i think would be a good place to start. http://leagueoflegends.wikia.com/wiki/List_of_champions%27_attack_damage
maybe to that of akali's at level 18.
There is no reason to buff it. Also, I don't want my Diana to get buffed and then gutted D:
