Champion idea: Shyev, the speedster
Name: Shyev, the speedster Lock in Quote: “Sometimes being fast is not enough” Background: Shyev is Young guy who was born with the ability to run at super speed. When he was a child, the Noxian army learned about him and his powers, they tried to control it but Shyev always refused to use his power for violence. One night, a bunch of noxian soldiers came into his house and killed his parents since he refused to join them and use his powers for their purposes. After this horrible night Shyev swore on his parents graves to stop the noxian army an his evil plans. He joined the Demacian army to train and to learn how to use his abilities, so when the time comes, he can avenge his parents.
Speed Power ( Passive ): • While running, you stack 10 speed power every 0.25 seconds up to 100, 150, 200, 250. If out of combat, speed power stack twice as fast .Killing a unit grants 10 speed power. • The maximum amount of speed power increases at levels 6, 11, 16.
Quick Punches ( Q ): 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 Speed power • You stand still and throw 5 fast punches dealing damage to all enemies in front of you, last punch will deal extra damage. • Damage dealt and cost increases with skill level
Speed Factor ( W ): No Cost • Passive: Your basic attacks stack 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 speed power per hit on the target up to 5 stacks. Stacks lasts 2 seconds, each hit refreshes stack duration. • Active: You steal the speed power accumulated, slowing the target by 40%-50% for 1 second and dealing damage. • The slow amount, damage dealt and speed power stacked increase with skill level
Speeding up ( E ): 10 Speed power per second • You channel speed power into your legs, increasing your movement speed by 50, 55, 60, 65, 70. • The increased movement speed increases with skill level
Speed Zone ( R ): 60 Speed power • You start running at super speed in circles for 2 seconds dealing 75% of your current movement speed as damage each 0.5 seconds to units inside the speed zone. When the duration expires all units inside the speed zone will be stunned for 1.5, 1.75, 2 seconds. • Stun duration increases with skill level
