Scu-Bard Skin

This is gonna be bare bones. Just ideas for the community, and hopefully Riot, to have fun with.

Underwater/fisherman themed Bard skin:

Maybe something like a bucket hat with lures and stuff, or just an old fashioned scuba mask for his head.

Flippers for the feet if this goes the underwater route more.

His staff thing could be a fishing pole, or a net. I think a fishing pole would look cool with the meeps I have in mind.

The meeps will be something like worms, or fish.

The chimes can be little bobbers, or buoys.

Abilities:

Q -- could be a harpoon, anchor, or seaweed type deal. W -- can be an oyster that opens slowly to reveal a shiny pearl, or... Just got that oyster idea for this one. E -- maybe something like a watery splash effect. R -- I'm thinking something like a net, or a whirlpool.

Feel free to add whatever, or to call it stupid. I just realized that he looks like he's swimming when he has the movement buff from the chimes. Figured a skin like this would be really cool to have.
