Firecracker Bard

There isn't a Firecracker support yet, and it's about time there was one imo.

I got an idea for the abilities, but not for the skin itself.

Q: shoots a little firework and the explosion/sparks become the binding part when it hits. W: lights a firework on the ground. The fuse burns until the shrine is full. E: spinning wall sparklers open and close the portal. Not sure about the look when you're travelling through the portal. R: shoots off a mortar like firework and the explosion is the stasis.

Very basic concept that's open for suggestions. I'm thinking 1850 skin at least.
