[Champion Concept] Kenneth, the Drone Prodigy
This is an attempt at making a marksman that is actually two characters. Might not work, but I like the idea too much not to try.
Appearance Kenneth is a thin, lanky man standing about 5'10'' with a streak of red in the middle of his brown hair. His eyes are covered up by goggles all the time. He wears a leather jumpsuit that looks like it was retrofitted for battle use from its original purpose of workshop safety, with random plates haphazardly patched in. On his right arm is a computer, armed with a series of buttons. He wields what looks like a cross between a flare gun and a revolver as his weapon.
His drone and companion Breaker is painted red and white, consisting primarily of a hinge attached to a pair of treads and a disc-shaped mount for its weapons. Those weapons consist of a large cannon and side-mounted missile pods.

Abilities
Passive: Cooperative Dismantling - Kenneth and Breaker's autoattacks mark their targets for 2 seconds. When the other hits that target, they deal 6 (+2/level) bonus damage, multiplied by all previous marks hit without dropping the mark. (Alternating three times at level 1 deals 8, then 16, then 24 bonus damage.)
Kenneth gains only 40% of all health, armor, and magic resistance from items. Breaker gains the other 60%.
Casting an ability while the cursor is on Breaker will instead convert it to a Breaker ability at no cost. Casting a Breaker ability while the cursor is on Kenneth will convert it back at no cost. This can be done even while on cooldown.
Q: Targeting Flare / Breaker Rounds - On Kenneth, fires a flare forward that deals damage and applies a flare to the target for 4 seconds. Targets with flares on them are revealed and grant vision in a large area around them. On Breaker, causes Breaker's autoattacks to hit everything in a line up to its max autoattack range for 4 seconds, with bonus damage.
Flare Damage: 65/110/155/200/245 (+1.0 bonus AD) Flare Range: 800 Breaker Bonus Damage: 10/20/30/40/50 (+0.1 bonus AD) Mana Cost: 50/55/60/65/70 Cooldown: 9/8.5/8/7.5/7 seconds
W: Shock Field / Defensive Protocol - When Breaker is within 400 range of Kenneth, passively causes Breaker to intercept 50% of incoming damage to Kenneth. On Kenneth, deploys a field that slows enemies within, then explodes for damage. On Breaker, grants a shield to Breaker, reduces AoE damage taken, and causes Breaker to intercept all incoming damage to Kenneth.
Shock Field Slow: 30%/35%/40%/45%/50% Shock Field Damage: 70/120/170/220/270 (+0.9 bonus AD) Shock Field Radius: 250 Shock Field Duration: 2.5 seconds Breaker Shield Strength: 60/100/140/180/220 (+30% Breaker total health) AoE Reduction: 25%/30%/35%/40%/45% Duration: 5 seconds Mana Cost: 70 Cooldown: 14 seconds
E: Magnet Round / Missile Assault - On Kenneth, targets and fires a round that damages the target and sucks in all nearby enemies toward the target. On Breaker, fires missiles in a cone in front of it. Against revealed targets, continually fires up to four additional missiles every .75 seconds for 25% damage so long as the target remains in range.
Magnet Round Damage: 60/100/140/180/220 (+1.0 bonus AD) Pull Radius: 250 Range: 650 Breaker Missile Damage: 60/110/160/210/260 (+0.8 bonus AD) Cone Range: 500 Cone Arc: 90 degrees Lock-on Range: 750 Mana Cost: 80/85/90/95/100 Cooldown: 14/13/12/11/10 seconds
R: Call Breaker - Starts with a point in it. Calls Breaker to the battlefield. Cast again to command Breaker.
If Kenneth is killed while Breaker is alive, Breaker overloads itself for 5 seconds, increasing its attack damage, attack speed, and movement speed by 50% before exploding.
Breaker does not snap back like other pets if it goes too far from Kenneth, and is treated as a champion, not a minion, in terms of targeting. Breaker does not inherit on-hit effects from Kenneth's items such as Rapid Firecannon, Blade of the Ruined King, or Sheen, but does inherit on-spell-damage effects such as Liandry's Torment and Rylai's Crystal Scepter when using its abilities.
Breaker AD Ratio: 0.8/0.9/1.0/1.1 Breaker AS Ratio: 0.6/0.7/0.8/0.9 Breaker MS Ratio: 1.0 Explosion Damage: 60/170/280/390 (+1.0/1.3/1.6/2.0 bonus AD) Explosion Range: 250 Summon Range: 300 Mana Cost: 200 Cooldown: 60 seconds
Lore
Something of a recluse in Piltover, Kenneth always kept to himself as a child, preferring instead to tinker on some device. He never felt anyone else could understand him, although his lack of outgoing nature and absent parents made it difficult to confirm that feeling. As he tinkered away, Kenneth became more and more isolated from the rest of the world.
Machines were always his passion. Kenneth felt he had a true kinship with them. Misunderstood by the rest of the world, machines were his only companions. As time went on, his residence was filled with all sorts of machines for any and all tasks. The end result was a mansion filled with robots maintaining every aspect of it for visitors that would never come. For a time, it was good - Kenneth could work in peace while hiring out a few select robots to bring in income.
It was a sudden shock when a group of bandits broke into the mansion and stole every last robot they could. Without anyone to call for help, Kenneth took it upon himself to save the only companions he knew. None of his machines were created for war - until Breaker. Arming himself with a weapon of his own creation and fitting Breaker with the best he could find, Kenneth set out for Bilgewater, following the tracking devices of his robots. Nothing shall deter him from rescuing his comrades and livelihood.
Kenneth and Breaker aren't exactly as complex as they look. Despite being essentially two champions, Breaker is designed such that keeping him next to Kenneth is always a good idea. Together, they offer an interesting exercise in management that, if played properly, brings both superior numbers and damage to the bottom lane. Their primary weakness, beyond AoE damage, is a crippling vulnerability to assassins and burst damage due to Kenneth's miserable health - only a well-timed Breaker W can stall an assassin, potentially at the cost of Breaker.
