Ao Shin?

Yeah, many concept issues were had there so it went back to the drawing board. We won't see anything on him before next year (2015)

In development still. They had problems with him and basically had to scrap and restart.

This information comes from a friend of mine who is on the PBE, Ao Shin just got released on the PBE, and while he couldn't tell me anything specific (because let's just face it, it's the PBE, it's meant to be secret), he did tell me that Ao Shin is out. He's in testing. He will be released soon.
