Can we buff LeBlanc again?
I'm tired of her being garbage. Can we change her root to a stun for her E? That would give her some way to stop abilities but isn't as brutal as her silence was.

A stun...is worse than a silence.
yeah but the silence was on a point and click ability the stun would be on a skill shot that even if it hits you all you have to do is walk away.

Yeah, no, stun is MUCH more hardcore than silence. It's the second most powerful CC in the game.

Having Leblanc not being able it interrupt anything sucks. No more silence, only leblancs tears. She needs a buff
Le blanc really doesn't need to make a comeback. She's pretty toxic and there's no way to make her healthy in the game without a re-work.
-She's way too mobile
-Can 2-shot you if even mildly fed
-The only way to counter her is to constantly push her to her turret and hope she farms with W. Which isn't a good thing because she'll freeze and you'll lose CS.
