New Draven Skin

"Draven's #1 Fan" or "Number 1 Fan" will be the title of the skin. He will be a cheerleader with his own face on his chest and he will have batons instead of axes. The batons will have streamers coming out of both ends. When he cashes in on Adoration stacks, he will have party poppers shoot confetti over his head. Q will twirl the baton/batons. W will stay the same. E will throw a baton out, just like it normally does. R will be the batons digging through the dirt like normal. If he kills someone, either confetti will pop over the dead character like the popping of the Adoration stacks, or a little flag will pop out of the ground with Draven's face on it, or "D" for Draven.
