Maloch, the Duty-Bound. [CHAMPIPN CONCEPT]

Let me start off by saying this is really just an idea that I expanded upon as far as being an actual champion in game goes. I didn't really bother with lore or very specific points (such as scaling or exact stats).

Maloch is a resurrected skeleton from the losing end historic battle, bound by an ancient spell to never die until his side wins. In game, he serves as a tanky fighter who specializes in taking down specific targets. Maloch does not use mana, instead having his abilities use up his own health.

**Passive: Undead Army: ** Whenever Maloch kills a large minion/monster or gets a champion kill or assist, he instantly spawns a Skeleton Soldier. Skeleton Soldiers have a portion of his health and AD and attack enemies while following him around.

In addition, if Maloch takes fatal damage. a nearby Skeleton Soldier will sacrifice itself and give him all of its remaining hp.

A few things to note: -- Skeleton Soldiers spawned from minions/monster are weaker in health and damage. -- There is a cap to the amount of Skeleton Soldiers Maloch can have at a time. -- If Maloch has no Skeleton Soldiers active, he will (obviously) die from fatal damage.

Q: Limb Toss: Maloch lobs a limb in a direction, damaging the first enemy struck. If it hits an enemy, it bounces of them and lands on the ground nearby. Maloch can pick it up to restore a small amount of health (based on this ability's cost) and slightly reduce the ability's cooldown. (Average cost)

W: Supernatural Vigor: Passively, Maloch and his Skeleton Soldiers gain lifesteal. In addition, part of the health recovered from Skeleton Soldier's lifesteal is given to Maloch.

Actively, Maloch grants a small movement and attack speed buff to himself, all nearby ally champions, and Skeleton Soldiers for a few seconds. (Small cost).

E: Decay: Maloch curses an enemy champion, applying an increasing slow and damaging them based on their current health. (Fair cost)

R: Duty-Bound: Maloch targets an enemy champion, marking them for a duration. For the duration, Maloch deals slightly increased damage to them and gains movement speed while moving towards them. In addition, while the mark is active, he cannot die until the marked unit dies. (Which is pretty nice, considering if he gets the kill he'll spawn a Skeleton Soldier to save him again).

So let me know what you think :).

This remainds me of Leoric from Dota for some reason - probably when I imagine the gameplay. Anyway, I like the concept of Skeleton Soldiers spawning, but I dont really like what you did with rest of him. The kit is kind of boring to me and brings nothing new. It would be cool to focus this guy more into the Soldiers he spawn.

so... **passive **- I would change the patern of Soldiers spawning - like any 5th unit he kills will spawn a Skeleton - if it will be from large monster or minion it will get bonus stats, if it will be from champion it will be even stronger.

(Now then you have more consistent supply of Soldiers, you can focus skills more into him. Let me suggest something very fast...)

Q - Limb Toss - I guess you want him to have some early lane poke skill, that also provides sustain. The mechanic you suggested is not bad, but we pretty much already know this from Zac, Poppys new passive uses similar mechanic too – as you hit your foe it drops a piece of whatever and if you pick it up it provides you with heal/shield. You need to try to think of something else. Okay, what about this:

It will be a skill shot that damage first target hit (like mundos cleaver). He can use this skill to kill his own Skeleton soldier and heal himself by kill it.

(Like this it shall bring funny element to game - especially early at game - player can deny his own unit to prevent opponent from getting gold from it and heal himself at same time. Also can be used for pretty tricky outplays).

**W - Supernatural Vigor **- ah this is the reason why he remainds me of Leoric probably. This skill is pretty much just Unholy Aura divaded into boosted passive lifesteal and active speed burst. But what does this skill really provides? Sustain, if you turn in and fight and speed for chasing enemy or running from fight. Again - nothing new, brings no opportunity for new play style or mechanics. I would change this into something more epic-looking. Lets see:

Maloch lets fking dark spiritual flame fill the empty spaces in his skeleton body. The same thing happens to all his summoned Soldiers and as the flame fills them it recovers them to their full HP. For the duration Maloch and all his Soldiers get rapid movement speed and attack speed burst if they are faced towards enemy units. If the passive triggers while this skill is active, it will summon 2 Skeleton Soldiers, instead of just 1.

(Here. This shall turn the skill into some strong engage - especially for split pushing. The efect also will be perfect - imagine that group of burning skeletons rushing at you.)

E - Decay - not very original idea there, yet I gotta admit, that he needs something like this. Every champion who is supposed to split push - and here we got some decent split pushing kit at hand - needs some kind of CC, that provides him the chance to escape, or to harash enemy. I would however turn it to something more... more:

Maloch curses an enemy champion slighty slowing his movement speed. Additionally, all Soldiers will leap to the cursed target and strike it, dealing damage and increasing the slow effect. If 3 Soldiers strike the cursed target, it will be stuned and 3rd strike will deal bonus damage.

(This would make the CC more challenging - with low number of Soldiers it will be less effective, while if you will be well guarded by your minions it shall has pretty decent inpact. Shall make player think twice, when to use it.)

R - Duty-Bound - This remainds me Poppys old ultimate a bit, but in somehow twisted way... In team fights it wouldnt work well nor for single target pick up and kill, as it would be simply easy, to kite him/CC him until the duration is over, it could be usefull for tanking - as long as he would deal enough damage to be actually threat. This idea actually has potential, but I would only see it usefull in split push strategy, where you mark an enemy and then mindlessly push turret with all your Soldiers - in fact from this point of view it could be quite OP - especially if you consider pushing items like item 3060 and item 3512 . It would all depend on duration of this skill - and there it would be pretty hard to find the correct time - how long is just right for this kind of split push to last? 5 second? There we got new Trynde or Kayle). 10+ seconds? Considering the rest of his kit and the items he could get, wouldnt it be too much? 3 deaths for lane pushed to inhibitor? Not a bad trade at all. No matter how I think about it, I dont like this kind of static skills - press on enemy and be immortal shet, you know what I mean. Alright, we want to give this guy some ultimate that shall represent his undead skeleton personality, something that shall allow him to defeat Death itself. I would suggest this:

active: Maloch summons as many Skeleton Soldiers as he can (up to maximum of his passives gap). passive: When Maloch is killed all his Skeleton Soldiers will stop any movment and become statues, that can be destroyed by enemy champions. In the moment of his death, Maloch leaves his body as Spirit of dark spiritual flame (the same one as used with his W). The Spirit has the same movement speed as living Maloch, it ignores unit collisions and can be affected only with CC skills (for example, Charm, any of Annies skills with her passive active, Shocking Orb, etc.). If can Maloch reach any of the stoned Skeleton Soldier with his Spirith within few seconds (like 3/4/5 seconds) he will ressurect in this Skeleton with amount of health depending on how much HP had the Skeleton Soldier left (it should never be more then 30% of Malochs maximal HP).

(Here - a ressurection system that should provide more funny gameplay.)

Well I hope you dont take this any wrong - I didnt mean to offend you, just wanted share my point of view, because the core of your idea is really interesting, so Ive decided to put some effort into it ;) I hope it helps ^^ cheers.
