Shard Sharing

As a player I love the idea of getting items such as ward skins ,and champion skins, I find that if I don't like the skin all there is to do with it is disenchant the skin. I would like to see a update or a change in this system so that you can gift these shards to someone who likes that particular skin, as a gift much like you can in the shop. As a player I don't want to waste a perfectly good skin that I don't like that someone else would. I think many would like this change in the chest system
