Maps skins for League of Legends' Summoner's Rift

Hey, everyone, I apologize if my English isn't always correct. I'm no native speaker. I've played League of Legends for some time now. I've often played the map Summoner's Rift. It is the most interesting map of those four ones. But after a while people get to know this map pretty well. For this reason I think it would be necessary to change something with it. I don't mean to change the build and the concept of it. This would be too complicated, concerning a fair balancing. I'm speaking of another design: With this huge mass of champions, their background stories and artworks Riot Games has created a whole new world. If you search for terms like "League of Legends Map" you might even find a map of the whole continent and their regions. So why can't we see anything of this? I would like to get some "map skins" of other regions like Frel Jord, Piltover, Bilgewater and Shurima Desert. This would be no question of balancing because it's only the look to be changed (as you know it from the champions). I already found some works of other people who created such maps (see the link; I surely don't mean only the icy lands, others too). It should be possible to develop a little series of map skins. I guess it wouldn't be a big deal to change some colors and elements, some of those elements do already exist (just think of the ARAM map and the other maps).

I really hope Riot Games gets to know about this article so the developers might take this idea into consideration. If it isn't possible I'd like to know why.
