Trin, the Puppet Master
Hey guys, this is just an idea of a AP bruiser that I have had for quite a while, let me know what you think, things can certainly change.

As a young boy Trin always liked playing with puppets and putting on a show in the streets of Demacia. As time passed Trin found that more and more people would attend his puppet shows, and the crowds wanted something new and exciting all of the time. So, every month Trin would make a new puppet to add to his show, and keep the crowds returning and supporting him. After 10 years of making puppets and expanding his show, people started to get bored with the puppets and Trin could not think of a way to bring them back except by making a new puppet, a special puppet.
So, Trin set out to find the materials that he needed to make is new special puppet in the Marshes of Kaladoun. While searching for the perfect tree to use to make his new puppet, Trin came across a strange tree, that had white wood but glowed with a green light in the shade of the surrounding trees. Taking this as a sign, Trin cut the tree and brought the wood back to his workshop to make is new star puppet, Larry (he was running low on brilliant names).
When Trin opened with is new puppet, the crowd was small and less than impressed, but the puppet was strangely captivating. At the end of the show the crowd was silent, until Trin called for applause for Larry and his adventure, then the small crowd made the loudest cry possible, all for Larry. Trin then invited them all back tomorrow and to bring their friends and family.
The next day every single person from the show yesterday returned, and brought others with them. Happy with the turn out Trin proceeded with the show, and the crowd grew silent again, until the end when he called for an applause, again the crowd went wild. Trin invited them all back, and to bring their friend’s and family. This process continued until all of Demacia was attending his shows filling his amphitheater to overflowing, and showering him with praise and gold. Trin began to understand that his puppet could capture the attention of anyone, and that his suggestions were followed every time by people who watched his show, as if he were controlling them instead of Larry.
Then one-day Jarvan IV Prince and future Emperor of Demacia showed up to one of his shows. Trin saw this as his as his chance to change his life forever, instead of entertaining commoners in his home-made amphitheater, he would entertain royalty in a grand hall. At the end of his show Trin suggested that he could be the royal entertainer for the kingdom, and his suggestion was granted.
Trin is now the royal entertainer and Puppet Master of Demacia, with private shows for all of the rulers and nobles in the city. Growing in fame, Trin slowly gained power and influence through the Emperor. His suggestions were small and potent ideas, changing the way that some rulers made laws or dealt with the common people, because the common people were his people.
Then Trin found that he was growing bored with his life, and sought new ways to entertain people and change the world. That is when Jarvan IV mentioned the League, and Trin knew where his next stage was going to be…

Passive – Puppet master Trin marks enemy champions hit by his abilities and auto attacks as puppets, and will gain true vision of the champion for 10 seconds. Enemies marked as puppets take 10% more damage from attacks and abilities from Trin. Trin takes 10% less damage from puppets.
Q – Puppet pal CD 8/7.5/6/5/4s Mana 40/50/55/60/65 Range 800 units Trin throws his puppet (Larry) at an enemy dealing 65/80/100/125/145 (+60% AP) damage to all units is passes through (80% damage to minions) slowing enemy champions by 70% for 1 second and marking the enemy champion as a puppet.
W – Call of the puppeteer CD 14/12.5/11/10/9s Mana 60/65/75/85/95 Trin calls all champions within 500 units marked as a puppet towards Trin (think Ahri Charm) for 1/1.2/1.5/1.8/2 seconds.
E – Director’s Deadline CD 12/10.5/9/8/7.5 Mana 40/50/55/65/75 Trin gains 20/25/30/35/40 movement speed for 5 seconds and can pass through units without colliding with them. Trin's auto attack will also do extra damage equal to 4/5/6/7/8% (+ 5% AP) of enemy champion’s health to champions marked as puppets as magic damage.
R – Will of the Master CD 160/120/100 Mana 90/100/120 Passive: Trin can see if an ultimate cooldown is ready on opposing champion, if they are marked as a puppet. Active: Trin uses Larry's magic to influence target champion, Trin puts target champion’s ultimate on cooldown for 20/30/40% of champion’s normal cooldown period. During this time, the enemy target champion cannot us their ultimate move. If the enemy champion is marked as a puppet, Trin will heal for 200/250/300 HP (+ 20% AP). The enemy champion is also marked as a puppet for 10 seconds.
