New idea for Pro play: Blind counter option

So, I know that they are always looking for new ways to change the pro meta and I was thinking. After the second pick phase there should be a blind counter option. Meaning that one person on each team will have a chance to counter pick or change their champion without the other team knowing until the last 30 seconds before the game starts. Normally there is the 60 or so seconds when everyone is changing champs and getting ready. With this option there is a lot of different elements of counter play added. You can switch, or fake a switch, and get an advantage where you thought you were going to lose. I think this would be interesting change, and open up the meta a little bit to strange and interesting counter picks for pro players. What do you think?
