Pand Raha The Mecha Parrasite

Lore: In a unknown world, far away, a crazy scientist of a courios race, researched mechanism and artifical intelligence, until he was able to creat his masterpiece: Pand Raha! Its a mechanical roboter with a brilliant, but malicious awareness. After Pand Raha absorbed his creator, and killed many people on his home, the population decied to shot him into the universe. As punishment for his evil doings, he sould stay in the cold nothing forever, or burn and die, when he drop at one another planet. But he didnt died. He survived the drop, to one another planet... and then he was here. At Valoran. He lied in a large wood for some days. Or months, he didnt knew. While his nanobots repaired him, he reflected. Where is he... How can he survive here? Then, after a time, that feeled like an eternity, someone founded him. a houmen... Then he knew what to do... He didnt knew what this person is... but he wanted to absorb it........

Passive: The pain of the host Pand Raha's second bar is his "Pain Bar" He gets with every ability some Pain, this can stack up to 100. Pand Raha gains 0.3 AD per Pain. Wenn he has 100 Pain, his Attackspeed and Movementspeed gets debuffed to 0% and he cant use abilities. (Summonerspells are possible) This last for 1/0.9/0.8/0.7/0.6/0.5 seconds (at the level 1/4/7/10/13/16) and he gets damage amounting to 15% of his current Health. If Pand Raha is out of Combat for 5 seconds AND didnt used any abilities (summerspells dont count) his pain reduce for 5 per 0.5 seconds.

Q: Nanobots (20 sec CD) (cost: 20 Pain) Pand Raha catalyze for (1/0.8/0.6/0.4/0.2) seconds the power of his host. He gains (50/60/70/80/90)% attackspeed, 100% movementspeed and (10/15/20/25/30)% Base attackdamage. This effect lasts for 3 seconds, but gets refreshed everytime he hits an enemy champ.

W: infected eye (1 sec Cd) (cost: 15 Pain per peek) Pand Raha absorb and upgrade the eye of his host for 1 sec. He can now look in the Fog of War (he recognize enemies and neutral monster like a silhouette, cf. Rengar ult) and increase his visionrange for (20/25/30/35/40)%. Peek every 10/9/8/7/6 seconds. _Ability can be turned on and off. But the peek (higher vision range & vision in the fog of war) only gets activated all 10-6 seconds. If you let the ability turned on, the peek activate oneself. If you turn the ability off, the time, that the ability need to refresh for his next peek, dont change. _

E: Ironfist (3 sec CD) (cost: 15/14/13/12/11 Pain initiation, 10/9.5/9/8.5/7 per AA, 2 per second.) Pand Raha deploy his weapon. while the ability is activated, he gets (+50% AD) AD and his Autoattack damage is (10/15/20/25/30)% true damage.

R: complete controle (100/90/80 sec CD) (cost: 0) Pand Raha absorb his host now complete. His passive is at 100 instantly, but the debuff and the damage is deactivated. He gains 40/45/50% tenacity and after an autoattack, he gains 50 movementspeed for 2 seconds (dont stack). The ability holds for 10/15/20 seconds and after it ends, the passive is at 0 again.

Look: I imagine Pand Raha like a normal human. Just with an robotic hand. What role Pand Raha should have? He should be an fighter or maybe a bruiser. He has a high damage output with much true damage, but no real getcloser, so he can be kited + he is pretty squishy. He just walks in the backline and kills everybody.
