[SKIN CONCEPT] Thunder Ekko (inspired by the Flash)

Since the Flash's super power is speed at such a pace that time seems to stand still, I think it fits Ekko perfectly. His ultimate is almost like seeing the Flash move. The weapon is pure static energy with a hi-tech hilt.
