Passive: Make your Wishes [Human]- successful Magic attacks/unit kills add 1 wish per 2 secs, champion kills/Assist grants X amt of wishes collected in her Urn for 100 charges, at 100 charges all her spells do X% magic bonus damage+ spell vamp X %(Riot can do that part if worthy Concept) [Blob fat lady Djinn]-consumes all wishes on Ultimate(R) cast do Missing Hp % Damage to all enemies in a Whirpool kraken void space type area...(similar but no same as Fizz Ultimate)

Q-[Human]-attacks with her hair Tendrils Twice applying on hit effects for X Flat Damage and slowing for X amt for X seconds -[Blob lady Djinn]- Throws her self spinning doing a slow after knocking back target X amt Squares

W-[Human]-cast a Dream like Aura which slows and shields her X amt -[Blob lady Djinn]- Damages and Heals her amt X dmg but slows her down X amt
