Email Authentication For Account Login *Gasp* "Don't Say It Isn't So!"

It's a simple procedure that will add an immense level of security to our accounts. For as it currently stands, there isn't much protecting our accounts from being stolen, besides a username and password.

What I am suggesting is just a simple confirmation through our email, that will allow us to control/restrict the access to our accounts, when logging into our accounts on a new device.
