Dragon Trainer Quinn?

Just a thought for a new skin. It would be Quinn with a little dragon version of valor on her shoulder. Her q would leave a trail of fire when shot. Her w would emit a light circle of fire surrounding her character. Her e I haven't thought of yet and her ultimate would be to actually riding valor. Little animation changes and features. Knowing Rito's skin design team it could turn out amazing possibly a 975 or 1350 skin. She could also have a Chroma pack giving a change to valor and homage to the legendary birds of Pokémon. It would be a cool little Easter Egg added to league. Any thoughts?
