Harbinger Kassadin VU + A Kassadin buff suggestion

I have seen the Harbinger Kassadin VU and feel the update is a lost opportunity to give harbinger Kassadin some new particles since it is a 975 RP skin. The skins team should make the colors of his spells a dark red or black. Maybe change the animation of his ult.

Also a buff to kassadin would be very nice considering his very hard future nerfs. I suggest changing his E to be able to use without requiring 6 charges. But using it without 6 charges causes the ability to lose its slow and deal 75% damage, while E with 6 charges is like the live ability.
