Changing runes in Loading screen?
I just forgot to change my runes and masteries, and realized it in Loading screen, basically what the title says, how about changing them in Loading screen?

If you could change runes in loading screen, buying rune pages would be completely irrelevant and unnecessary, meaning that Riot would no longer get any money (RP) from people buying rune pages. From that standpoint, and as a business, it would be a horrible choice to change that.
Riot is big on being able to make money without forcing its players to pay money, which is really smart and actually pretty convenient. It most likely wont be changed.
