Promotion celebration not appearing?

So i just won my promos to diamond, yet instead of the normal celebration that would always appear when you climb a tier to another, nothing appeared. Only the notification that said "promoted to diamond V" at the top left corner. Did it bug out for me or did you remove it completely with the new client?
