[Concept Rewrite] Bellefray, The Midnight Air

Short Bio: Bellefray is a half-bat mutant survivor of an underground experiment ring, growing up after escaping to learn that the only way to live is to take from those who prosper far too much, just like her former captors did. Quickly gaining infamy among the masses, she scored dozens of kills in the dead of night with an adept hand, earning her the nickname "Midnight Air" as a reference to the just-as-deadly chemical smog of her city. One fated night however, her high kill streak garnered unwanted attention of the Goddess Of Death, Jadice, and in a short confrontation between them just beyond earshot of Bellefray's next target, Jadice took her eyesight out of fury for Bellefray ruining the balance of life and fate. Despite the warning shot and her fresh lack of sight, Bellefray returned to her work with a fresh resolve to balance the world in her own way, using her stronger hearing to pinpoint targets and becoming even deadlier. Her attention soon turned to the Field Of Justice after hearing that some high-profile faces competed there to expand their profits, deciding to take them out and claim the gold for herself and maybe even get revenge on Jadice. The Fields Of Justice had their own great stench of deaths Bellefray never knew, and she felt that Jadice may be lurking...

[Q] "Crosswinds" - Bellefray slashes her daggers in a cross formation on her next basic attack, inflicting 5/15/25/35/45 (+20% Bonus AD) additional physical damage in a wide cone to the target and other enemies in range. Enemy Champions marked by Draft Rider take 200% of this damage value. [Mana] 45/50/55/60/65 [CD] 9

[W] "Wings Of Change" - Bellefray dashes up to 450D and finishes with a wide slash of her daggers, inflicting 70/115/160/205/250 (+90% Bonus AD) physical damage on all forward enemies and Stunning them for 1s. If cast toward an enemy Champion marked by Draft Rider, the dash range is increased to 750D. [Mana] 55/65/75/85/95 [CD] 14

[E] "Backdraft" - Bellefray whips up a strong gust with her wings in the target direction, inflicting 60/100/140/180/220 (+100% Bonus AD) physical damage on all enemies in a narrow cone and knocking them back 350D. Enemy Champions marked by Draft Rider are knocked 350D over Bellefray on hit. [Mana] 80 [CD] 16/15.25/14.5/13.75/13

[R] "Silent Midnight" - Bellefray prepares for the kill, empowering her next form of damage to inflict 10/14/18% of the next enemy Champion's missing HP in bonus True Damage. If the kill is successful, Bellefray instantly becomes Stealthed for up to 3s and receives 50% Movement while it lasts. Killing an enemy Champion marked by Draft Rider reduces this spell cooldown by 25s. [Mana] 150 [CD] 160/150/140

[Ability "Draft Rider" - After pursuing an enemy Champion from behind for over 2s, Bellefray picks up their drag winds on her wings to receive 15% Movement. This bonus is lost if Bellefray receives any form of damage, or if the Champion being pursued turns around. While the bonus is active, Bellefray focuses on the target and has empowered spells.

Passive: After 2 seconds, Bellefray gains 15% movement speed only when behind an opponent moving away from him. Damage taken resets the passive or when the enemy champions stop moving or faces Bellefray. (Basically a mixture of Tryndamere's Mocking shout and Galios Righteous Gust put into a passive) the canceling when damaged means he can only chase champions without any form of range poke. (Rammus, Garen, Renekton etc) which limits his passive being any good, i think removing is fine since it's a passive, and maybe give him vision. (the vision comes from his lore, as a "Man Bat" thing, enemies with lower health within a certain range grant you vision of them, like the sound of thier heart beat is revealing them

Her abilities seems fine, they synergies and interact with her ult and passive. Her gamplay in my mind is a mix of Galio AOE clear and Warwick's Chase to Kill.

I don;t know much about number or scaling with items etc, so i'm not going to comment on those.

Overlore, very strong concept, lore , story and gameplay all match to suit her.

in the future, if your going to another champion, i suggest putting the Passive before her Q, following the toolbar placement in game. it usually important to read the Passive first and it adds to the other abilities at times.

I assume her weakness is that she's fragile and melee?

I would probably balance her W, and remove the stun. If you still want it, you can add "enemies Knocked back towards a wall are stunned" adds more counterplay to her, rather than expecting the W+Q+E combo, which might not be fun.
