I don't care if Riot wants to separate the Harrowing from Halloween...

Just give us fun goofy silly Halloween stuff for Halloween. Put out "serious" Harrowing skins in July for all I care, I just want to see some sp00ky skeletons and champs in silly costumes by the time October 31st rolls around.
