New gamemode concept, the OFAURF or the One For All Ultra Rapid Fire

Hi everybody!!! These days, I was thinking about a new gamemode that could be really fun. I call it the OFAURF, which means One For All Ultra Rapid Fire. Its a mix of URF and One For All. I think that I'm not the first one to imagine this so why is there no gamemode like this? And if I'm the first one, could you actually make a gamemode like these? The only advice I can give about this gamemode is that you can test each champions to than autoban some who are too OP.
