New gamemode

Hi everybody!!! These days, I was thinking about a new gamemode that could be really fun. I call it the OFAURF, which means One For All Ultra Rapid Fire. Its a mix of URF and One For All. I think that I'm not the first one to imagine this so why is there no gamemode like this? And if I'm the first one, could you actually make a gamemode like these? The only advice I can give about this gamemode is that you can test each champions to than autoban some who are too OP.

I'd talk about this more, if you had actually explained what the gamemode does. You only gave us a name =P

one for all - everyone gets the same champ.

URF - all cooldowns are 80% and stat numbers are crazy.
