We Need An Actual Vampire Champion (RIOTERS WELCOME!).

Yes, we have Vladimir; but he is a blood mage and not an actual vampire. I have thought about some of the abilities that could work for a potential vampire.

Lore: Either from the Shadow Isles or Ionia. The smell and spillage of blood from the Demacia-Noxus war has awoken the beast after a long hibernation period. The champion decides that being woken up makes a good time to start his rampage on the lands again after centuries of slumber.

Passive: Dreadful Night- The champion has passive lifesteal and spell vamp. AP damage scales with amount of lifesteal. Every use of Q (Driving Fang) adds a stack, at 50 stacks the amount of passive lifesteal and spell vamp increases.

Q: Driving Fang- Champion bites its prey and does ap damage. This is ability also adds a bleed effect for 3 seconds that will do more damage depending on amount of lifesteal. (Point and click )Does more damage to low health champions.

W:Flying Fury- This champion summons a horde of bats that will fly to the champion hit by the ability (skill shot) . Once hit by the ability, the bats will slow the champions movement speed by 70% for 3 seconds. These bats will add a passive effect to the champion called frenzy. If vampire champion uses Q while enemy has frenzy effect, adds 5 stacks instead of 1 stack.

E: Vicious Assault- This champion lashes out in anger in a conical shape in front of him/her. Does AP damage and applies a bleed effect for 5 seconds.

R: Dawn's Nightmare - This champion has unleashed it's full capabilities as a vampire and is ready to hunt. Dawn's Nightmare will buff all of this champions abilities. Increases the damage and duration of bleed effects. Driving Fang will apply 10 stacks per use and with Flying Fury, will apply 20 stacks. Will recieve +10 flat magic pen and 10% magic pen. Buffs MR and Armor.

I do know this idea is very rough around the edges but I feel that with some balancing tweaks this could work. My idea for the playstyle of the champion does not come from burst ap damage but more of a whittling down the healthbar of the champions by lifesteal and bleed effect. Like Veigar and Nasus, stacks will be very important. I am not so sure what lane this champ could work but just the feel of this idea can be really any role except jungle and adc. Please let me know your thoughts and critiques to try and make the idea more solid. Let us hope a rioter reads this!!!

Why not rework (VGU) Vladimir so he becomes a Vampire since most players associate him with one.

Maybe a female Vampire Queen Like Queen of the Damned... for some reason the name Lith comes to my mind, short for Lilith an ancient temptress. but i rant. I do like the concept though.

I do want to see a vampire champ, but not some stupid joke of a champion or some "bitch with a scythe". I want to see some demonic, bloodthirsty beast that can transform, like Dettlaff, or the Unseen Elder from The Witcher 3.

The general concept is quite sound, but the base numbers would have to be pretty low for a kit that balanced. Something like 2/3/4% lifesteal/spellvamp that increases to 6/8/10% after upgrading (levels 5, 10, 15).

The Q, being targeted, should have a low base but good ap scale (40/55/70/85/100 + 80%ap), a cooldown of 8-6s probably (have the cooldown be 1s shorter during ult and have W remove 2s cooldown from Q, good combos and scaling).

Bleed effects are tricky, because it's a bleed of 5s it should either be a flat amount or 1-2% (scales on W level) with a slow of 30/40/50/60/70%. Low damage, this is your utility (dash + slow + passive) spell. (20/30/40/50/60 + 50%ap) and passive bleed becomes 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2% max hp/s. The Frenzy ability is good, that can be the thing that chunks Q cooldown timer (1 half makes it scale passive, the other reduces Q cd). The slow amount is fine, but 3s is a godly long time and should probably be reduced to 1.5/2s at most. It makes the skill very strong and a massive part of your kit, so the damage will probably be legit garbage on it.

ALTERNATELY, you could have your W just be a damaging dash with passives, and have your E hold the slow. Since W makes your damaging abilities cause Bleeding, the E could scale well and be a conical aoe that slows.

This is good for a few reasons. Similar to Vi's W passive, a huge amount of your power is tied to one passive that makes your other spells stronger, allowing you to use more of your powerbudget on those other spells, instead of having a good Q, a godly W, and mediocre everything else.

The ult sounds good but I don't even know where to begin trying to balance that. Still, let me know what you think? this is a wall of text but hopefully you can figure out what I mean (it's a mess sorry)

Edit: ALSO this would be a really great jungler imo. With early Q spam and the regen abilities, your clears would be fairly decent. Your Ult into E into W makes for a great engage, and you're less likely to be bullied out of lane by poke or sustain, since Jungle is pretty quiet most of the time.
