Disco Inferno Brand (skin concept)

I'll be really honest, I have almost no concept of what this would exactly be, or how it would play, but someone mentioned it so I figured I'd put it out there with some preliminary ideas. It would be the #1 skin ever.

so, the skin itself; cheesy mustache and afro brand with 70s disco clothes, deep-V-neck, parachute pants, glowsticks in each hand.

Q: throws a discoball because HELL YEAH

W: Dance floor, like, light up squares and stuff that close inward and erupt in light

E: I dunno, some sorta spotlight thing?

R: Bouncing discoball? dunno, something else would probably be better but I got nothing.
