counter to tank Ekko

OK guys, I MAY have found something, keep in mind this is only in low plat that this has been seen to work so far, but I think it may have a chance; On Hit top lane Xin Zhao.

Honestly, I find it weird that, out of all things, Xin would work, but having just played it (took W and dorans at 1, outtraded him easily and easily held lane, forced voli ganks which got our team free drags and the overall win) I built spirit into hextech into nashors.

I think it needs more testing, but it's a start in case Ekko isn't banned eh?
