I've already been wanting a Halloween Skin for Veigar, and Dark Star is another on the list. It's been two years since Veigar last got a skin and I'm hoping that he could get a new skin soon? I just want to discuss different ideas since I'm not good at designing concepts! Feel free to share and we can possibly get something going here!
CobaltTheMadMage2 votesClosest I can think of was someone else's ideas for Totally Not Lulu (Viegar) and Totally Not Viegar (Lulu)
Succubús GF1 votesIt would be Definitely not Veigar to fit in with the theme
Skeleton Fuzzy1 votesDefinitely Not Veigar would be adorable and Rito needs to make matching skins for Lulu and Veigar anyway; they have a skin set for Veigar and Teemo so maybe even if they weren't "Definitely Not"; maybe they can still have a skin set where they wear each other's clothes? Haha. I like the Totally Not Lulu/Veigar idea though.

Actually, the aforementioned "Definitely Not" skins were Lulu and Viegar wearing each other's clothes. Lulu would spout adorably comical faux-evil cliche's, while Viegar (his face obscured by his oversized hat) would make forced attempts to make his threats sound silly or whimsical.
