Champion Idea: Dancing with an Arsenal

This champ is design to be mobile, low damage jungler/ adc Filler name: Lady Gunner Ranged Female Weapon: Something like GP pistol

Passive: Every time Lady Gunner uses an ability she gains % more movement speed for a few seconds (starts with giving low MS then late gain is pretty high when using all abilities)

Q: Run and gun, Lady Gunner will** "twirl"** and shoots in the direction of your cursor, Low to medium dmg ---Twirl: when Lady Gunner twirls, nearby allies will gain MS for a few seconds, does not go over walls

W: Lady Gunner will pull out a grenade launcher at the targeted location, slowing and damaging enemies hit

E: Passive: Every time Lady Gunner uses an ability she gains a charge of "twirl" Active: Lady Gunner twirl in targeted direction, has a 3-5s cd per use

R: the 4 step dance Lady Gunner will do the following is rapid succession 1:Shoot in a targeted direction then twirl 2: Repeat 3:Shoot a rocket forward and pushing herself back, AOE 4: Root herself and charge up a BIG shot, kind of like Jhins ult --- The twirls when ulting will be able to go over walls and step 3 can too.

When Lady Gunner uses her ult it should be like Shoot with her right hand, spin, shoot with her left hand, pull out something big off her back, shoot, and the final shot will a one handed shot facing sideways. Appearance: Her weapon from Q will be at her side W and step 3 of her ult be in a X on her back and Step 4 gun will be in between the X or comes out of no where
