It's an old 975rp skin which was released around 2013. And that time, it was never as modern as Gentleman Gnar yet.

I think Headhunter Yi did get reworked when Yi's rework hit live.

Not sure how the pricing are actually listed, so I won't know whether or not HH Yi's price tag is justified or not.
