I want a dominatrix that has a passive revolving around punishing naughty enemies. The more chaos the enemy causes (stealing buffs/dragons, getting kills, etc) the more the dominatrix wants to punish them. She sits them down and spanks them, suppressing them for her ultimate.
Specifically whips, or can it be a tentacle that acts as a whip? Because then we can reach into a void champion concept and that would be really cool. Maybe the first void ADC
