I want a dominatrix that has a passive revolving around punishing naughty enemies. The more chaos the enemy causes (stealing buffs/dragons, getting kills, etc) the more the dominatrix wants to punish them. She sits them down and spanks them, suppressing them for her ultimate.

Braum uses his fists against champions (and doesn't really slam the shield into turrets) and leona only has one ability that uses the shield as the weapon, otherwise she uses the sword.

Have you ever played Braum? If you get all four stacks on an enemy, Braum slams the shield into their face for the duration of Concussive Blows' cooldown. Not to mention he uses the shield as a battering ram against turrets. What more do you want? Captain America?
