About champion: I wanted to make something like an adc champion, who would stack AP instead of AD. Because stacking AP and beings marksman would prevent you from stacking critical strike or lots of attack speed, i think the best fitting would be to place this champion somewhere between a Marksman and an Artillery Mage.
Attack range should be around 560 or 575.
Hexed Arrows (P): your basic attacks will deal [4.5 per level, +10% AP] bonus magic damage on hit and mark your target for 5 sec. Mark stacks up to 3 times. Only one enemy can be marked. If you stack mark on enemy 3 times, mark will be consumed and your target will be cursed for 5 sec. Cursed enemy will take [1 per level, +10% AP] magic damage every sec and will move 15% slower. You can't stack your mark on the cursed enemy. Curse is treated as a spell type ability.
Phantom Projection (Q): passive: passively build charges of this ability. Active: target a direction and summon a phantom projection of yourself in your current location. Every 0.75 sec, this projection will shoot an arrow towards the direction you have previously targeted, penetrating all enemies in its way. Each arrow will deal [20 per rank, +10% AP] magic damage and will apply all your on hit effects. Each projection will lasts for 7.6 sec. Attacks, done to by your pojection, are trated as spells type ability. Passive charge generation: 1 charge every 8 sec Maximum number of charges: 2 Projection's attack range: 700 Cooldown: 1.5 sec Mana cost: 80
Hexed Essence (W): toggle: become immobile, gaining 175 bonus range to your basic attacks and 45% bonus attack speed. In addition, your basic attacks will drain 15 [+5 per additional rank, +1% of current mana] mana and will deal 10 [+80% of mana consumed, +10% AP] bonus magic damage. Hitting enemies, who are at 350 units from you or closer, will also slow their movement speed by 50% for 0.5 sec. Using Q, while this ability is toggled on, will cause your Q to have 175 bonus attack range, but Q will cost 20 more mana. Cooldown: 3.5 sec Mana per sec: 0
Satelite Burst (E): target an area and start channeling a powerful shot. Channel for 2 sec for full damage or you can reactive this ability to release it earlier for lower damage. After you release the shot, it will quickly hit the targeted area, dealing from 50 [+20 per additional rank, +60% AP] to 100 [+40 per additional rank, +120% AP] magic damage to all enemies within the targeted area. In addition, all hit enemies will be stunned for 1 sec. You can't move while channeling. If this shot lands on your Q, your Q will start firing arrows 50% faster. This ability is treated as a spell type ability. Range: 900 Radius: 200 Cooldown: 16/15/14/13/12 sec Mana cost: 70/75/80/85/90
Guidance System (R): target an enemy champion and mark him for 5 sec. Your basic attacks and abilities will ignore 10% [+5% per additional rank] of his magic resist, while mark lasts. In addition, you will gain 200 bonus attack range to attack marked enemy champion.
