About champion: He is hybrid between enchanter and warden, meaning he enhances other, can soak up lots of damage, keeps his allies safe, but doesn't do significant damage alone, can't snow ball and works best while grouped with others. He is melee champion.

Blood Lord (P) - your basic attacks drains 8 [+2.5 per your level] health from your target, healing you for the health you drained. In addition, all healing on is increased by 0.5% for every 1% of your max health missing.

**Blood Fiend (Q) ** - sacrifice targeted friendly minion, turning it into a blood fiend. This fiend will retain minion's gold value, will follow you and attack nearby enemies. You can't control it, but it will try to attack same enemies you are attacking. At rank 5 of this ability, you no longer require a minion to be sacrificed and can summon it for double mana cost without sacrificing a minion. However, if you choose to sacrifice minion, then your blood fiend will get temporal shield, absorbing up to 500 [+20 per your level, +15% your max health] damage over 10 sec. Range: 400 Fiend's health: 350/500/650/800/950 [+70% your bonus health] Fiend's attack damage: 30/40/50/60/70 [+2 per your level, +35% your attack damage] Leash range: 600 Cooldown: 30/27/24/21/18 sec Mana cost: 85

Gaze of the Lord (W) - focus your gaze on your target, turning it into stone for 3 sec. You can't target yourself. If you have focused you gaze on friendly champion, then he will get 20/25/30/35/40 bonus armor and regenerate 30 [+8/9/10/11/12 per your level, +5% your max health] health over the duration of this buff. If you have focused your gaze on friendly non-champion, then it will become immune to all damage for duration of this buff. If you have focused your gaze on an enemy, then he will lose 15% of his armor and all slowing effects will be 15/20/25/30/35% more effective for duration of this debuff. Range: 400 Casting time: 0.15 sec Cooldown: 16 sec Mana cost: 60/65/70/75/80

Blood Command (E) - toggle to create an aura around yourself. Nearby friendly champions, excluding you, and you blood fiend will get 18/21/24/27/30 [+2 per your level] bonus movement speed. Nearby enemy champions will lose 8/10/12/14/16 [+1 per your level] movement speed, and take 10/15/20/25/30 [+20% your attack damage, +10% your ability power] magic damage per sec. Radius: 320 Mana cost per sec: 18/21/24/27/30

Blood and Magic (R) - when you run out of mana, you can use your health instead of mana and continue to use all of your abilities (works like passive for all your abilities). Release a ball of magic and blood towards your cursor. It will deal 50/80/110 [+3 per your level, +5% of your max health, +50% AP] magic damage to first enemy hit. Deals 50% more damage to enemy minions and jungle monsters. It it hits an enemy, then this ability will be on shorter cooldown. If this ability kills an enemy, then it will be on much shorter cooldown. This ability will apply all your on-hit and on-spell-cast effects and heals you for 15% of damage done. Range: 850 Normal cooldown: 10 sec Cooldown if it hits an enemy: 5 sec Cooldown if it kills an enemy: 1.5 sec Mana cost: 70/80/90

400 years ago, Stazz was a young man, his father was a duke, so he too was a nobleman. He was pretty vain, shallow and arrogant, as he was spoiled by his parents. He loved to boast, he loved to hunt, but the most, he loved boast about hunting. When strange rumors started spreading, about strange blood sucking monster, who terrorized nearby villages, Stazz set his mind on hunting down this monster. Several weeks it took to track this monsters, the hunting party finally found its layer - deep and dark cave bellow the earth. 10 of them descended, leaving 2 on the watch. After several hours, only 1 managed exit the cave - it was Stazz. However, he was changed, not much at first, but his eyes were blood red. His men asked what happened, where are all other men of the hunting party. His only response was - [I can feel her, she left something inside of me]. Few days later, Duke announced his son dead, but that was i lie, because his son, Stazz, turned into blood sucking undead, so his father wanted to hide this shame from everyone. As days gone by, more and more people were send into Stazz's chambers, feeding him with blood. Stazz grew bored of this prison, his fear and confusion was overtaken by pride and his new powers. He felt strong, not as a son of the Duke, but as a creature of darkness. He killed his father, took the family fortune and started terrorizing people. He created a personal army of his own, to protect him, because, while he was active and strong during the night, he was weak and vulnerable during the day. His terror spread over the land, as he took young men from villages, to feed his thirst for blood, he rob people of their money and personally raided villages during the night. Many people tried to resist, tried to fight this monster. Many of them were overtaken by his strength, even those who were sure to strike a lethal blow, have failed, as Stazz recovered from any wound, even piercing his heart had no effect. After 50 years of terror, Stazz was finally stopped, as several smart people managed to sneak in during the day and sealed him in a iron coffin. Yet, time passed, iron rusted, with each passing day, little by little, Stazz finally broke on the locks, crawled out of his prison and became free once again. After this many years of solitude, this many years of being imprisoned, he looked on the new world, unknown to him, as it changed a lot during these years, but the only thing he felt, while looking at it, was thirst.

Hi! ^_^ Here are my opinions on Stazz, The True Vampire(?)

Passive: I'm honestly fairly not sold on the passive, first of all the effect is minuscule and slow;

During the laning phase around level 3 you're only getting roughly 7 hp per AA, that's almost health regeneration healing. If you get chunked by an ability that does lets say 70 damage you need to AA 10 times to regen back up and that's pretty much an AA from most top laners. Compare this to Vladamir, Cho gath, even Maoki and his healing is rather lackluster. Also the only time his healing is fairly relevant is the laning phase, as the game goes on the his healing falls off hard; at the very best situation at level 18 with 1 hp he's only getting 22*.25 hp which is a whopping 27.5 hp per AA.

Moreover he's a mage, they aren't really focused on AA so I found it strange that you reward him for constantly AA to heal. Like imagine this passive on someone like Vlad or Swain, it wouldn't be particularly practical....

Also these types of abilities tend to be hard to feel like they're having an effect. Have you ever played the old Fiora? She had an ability that gave her extra health regen when she AAed, but for the most part not many people noticed them healing.

I was going to talk about each individual skill but I felt it would be better if I talked about the kit as a whole, hence the overall section.

Overall: Overall my biggest issue is that i don't think there's enough of a reason justifying picking him over any existing champion. Let me ask you a question; why do I pick Stazz? If I wanted a support with buffs, sustain, debuffs, and damage I could pick Sona, Taric, or Janna(Sort of). All of these bring sustain(Janna has a huge shield) but can share it with thier supports, various buffs and debuffs as well as utility that Stazz can't. As for top laners he faces competition with Vlad, Malzahar, and other tanky aps and for the most part can't keep up with their damage or sustain( Stazz has one offensive ability which scales off of his AD and his ult has pitiful scaling in general).

Another issue is that do your abilities work together? or do they at least work toward a singular idea. let me try to explain; look at someone like Ekko all his skills flow together or at least synergize with each other. Ekko's Q applies two stacks which feeds into his E, his Q slows which helps position his R and W and his R and E feed into his R. A good champion's kit SHOULD work with itself, you don't need every ability to combo with others but you should at least have your abilities working toward one particular goal, take a look at Riot's more recent kits you'll see this kind of interaction in things like Bard's Q and E and Taliyah's W and E. Do you feel your kit synergies well with itself? Or do you feel that you have five isolated abilities that work well on their own but don't really do anything for each other?

Another issue is does his kit feel interactive and fun? When Stazz gets into a fight does he feel fun to play? he has one offensive spell which he summons and leaves it there, his passive is fairly irrelevant in a fight, his E is something you kind of just leave on in a fight so this leaves managing his ult and W.

More in kit issues I had: Q scales off of AD and R scales off of AP? The ratios for both are pitiful, with 300 AP and 1500 hp Blood and Magic is doing 90+ 60+ 30= 180 damage Vlad's Q does 160+ roughly 150= 310 damage non empowered. The blood fiend scales with 40% of his AD while Stazz scales with 15% . W is technically overloaded, it's three spells in one. i thought it was weird that the E gave MS to only allies so they would eventually outpace your aura, in addition if you're alone you're down half a skill bot that a 34 ms slow is much (That's less than a 10% slow for most champions).

Anyway that's my opinion on Stazz, The True Vampire, sorry if I was a bit harsh I do a lot of these kind of reviews so I'm pretty critical about them. Anyway I think you have a good start, but I feel it would be best to change up a few things. if you have any further questions on the review or your concept repsond to this post and I'll try and get to it as fast as I can. ^_^

Looks great, but i wouldn't build any AP, because only R scales with it and scaling is very low. By the way, where have i seen this picture? It reminds me something.

Will he be connected to Vladimir ?

hey :) nice concept which is quite similar to good old vlad mixed with malzahar because blood mage and minions :D

The passive seems a little Olaf-ish but overall nothing to complain about.

His Q is a weird laning tool and the 800 health shield is damn huge. Not even shen's ult is so strong.

His E looks like a lackluster ability. Movementspeed bonus/slow in a small aura.

His W seemy very very strong and supportive. (is he a support?)

The Health instead of Mana usability on the ultimate is truly nice, but will need some more balance i guess.

The Ult is so spammable and seems to be his only reliable laning tool. It seems nice but I feel this champ would be utterly useless in teamfights as he just has this sona-like speed aura and nothing else to contribute in a fight but to buff one of his allies with resitances.

He looks and should feel like a laner but his kit will make his early laning extremely hard and his mid game should't be good either. As a support he might have some chances but you might wanna change his kit a bit then.

Keep going :) you're doing quite fine

Ohhhh Fancy owo I likey!

His W confuses me tho...do they actually turn to stone like Cassopeias ult and they can't move? Or are they still able to move?
