Well, today I did not get trolled so you don't have to review games or anything, however, I'd like to know if I could earn riot points by drawing stuff. I don't mean doing fan art on google and drawing a questionably bad portraits for 10-90 riot points. I would like to know if riot is interested in having questionably good art for much more riot points, such as 10-20$ worth of riot points. Again this is a question boys so don't be harsh, I just want to know if there's a way I could earn more riot points for putting in lots of time and effort into my art.

Riot has their own artists, so I don't imagine they'd ever need to commission other artists for things they could do themselves. I have a friend who does LoL art, Overwatch Art, anime art, etc. for pay. You can find someone willing to pay for your work if you put yourself out there.

I doubt this is the case. The Art-for-RP thing started as a fun way to get people those last few points they need (and usually 1-2 more because Riot employees like having fun), but I don't think they're likely to give our more than a token amount.
