So phreak made the video on runes reforged yesterday, and Said it would all be free and that's cool. I also remember some bald guy talking about it, high up at riot, I think he goes by dev maybe, however he said riot would give us something in return for wasting all the influence points on runes. Has that information been released anywhere? do we get rp,ip,champs,icons?

Yes they released it but I can't find it.
like 40% or 100% IP refund depending on time you purchased rune (also 0% depending on time)
Then there are some skins, like Urf-warwick. Maybe duckduckgo urf-warwick and the announcement will come up, maybe. There were like 3 skins and a few other things, but they were super expensive IPwise.
