Cutpurse Twisted Fate

When I saw the splash, I was excited for the fact of adding more ethnicity to the character skins, but there was a slight dissapointment with the in-game model of the Cutpurse skin.

In the splash, it shows TF having brunette dreadlocks and looks like a light-skinned brother, but in the skin spotlight it just looks like he has black straight hair with a farmers tan .

Will the in-game color be changed and his hair look more like Lucian's in-game dreads? Will the rest of his body get some sunlight besides his forearms?
