Lets Make A Champion
This will be a series of polls, mostly. I will continue to post new updates and discussions when I get adequate votes/details.
Lets see if we can do this.
Ill start with something easy. Whats this champions role?

Needs to be a pair of otters in a barrel. They have to.
I always thought it would be cool to have a super soldier from Zaun or something... like the Spartans if you have played Halo or read the books. They could be kidnapped as kids, trained, and genetically altered and enhanced to make them stronger. They could fight for Zaun or just be independent idk. Maybe they would have some sort of rifle and they'd be ranged.
This seems interesting. I see this working somewhat like Twitch plays Pokemon.
I've thought about how cool it would be to have an adc Mage hybrid Basic attacks lowering the cool downs of abilities, and an ability that makes auto attacks deal ap damage Q being a dash that targets the first nearby enemy, firing two autos at one enemy, and resets the auto attack timer uhhh thing W being the ap auto attack, and increases range to 650 E being an aoe slow? Idk And r being a passive steroid that increases attack speed per lvl, and the active being attack speed doubles, and auto attacks bounce and apply a stacking slow.
While I doubt this will ever be a champ I think that this style would be fun to play in the mid lane.
Obviously though, an auto attack based champion surely has no place in the game
I think we need a champ with Twin Swords, dont have one of those yet :(

i think it would be cool if one could buy their passive, like just one champ that gets benefits but also weaknesses from a passive that he is able to get in the store, and his other passive would be to be able to take the passive of an enemy he kills for like 100 seconds. idk
so to tie it in to otters, the otters passives would change or be able to change. that would be rediculously op tho i think.
i still think the best otter champ would be a single otter, an assassin like fizz has the ability to go under the surface, becoming untargetable, and knockups on the way up. i guess would throw clams, so have ranged a dolphin kick type thing that would work somewhat like quinns. the next auto attack would proc a wave that does slow and splash damage. then, i dont know, nami ult lol
