Chromas rewards for champion Mastery when?

Honestly these need to be rewards for champion mastery. There's currently no real incentive to grind a champion to mastery level 5. -"But you get a neat little ribbon!" Not worthy as an incentive to warrant grinding to mastery 4 or 5. -"But you get an emote or something that I don't remember because it was super lame and boring!"

If you want to to charge RP for basic recolors, that's fine, go for it, more power to ya. But at least give us one of our choosing for hitting mastery rank 5. Give the mastery system a real purpose.
