Is pantheon holding an invisible spear? :O
The Pantheon one resembles Marvel's Avenger's Captain America whom I'm sure have copyrights and or Riot can't use the design just like Transformers or Bumble Bee Blitzcrank and all. Looks nice though!
As for the Azir one, it'll be awesome for a North America skin but I think they don't want it to have meanings exclusively towards one region.
