Reminds me of Yharnam in Bloodborne. If he has something to do with soul reaping, it will be a bit too similar to Thresh IMO. "In his eyes, all of Bilgewater is guilty," sounds like a sadistic killer. I'll be eagerly anticipating his reveal. Also has anyone ever thought that, just maybe, Riot is running out of names? I mean, Pyke? Come on.

Ok, so a support with the appearance, story, and art of a jungle assassin. Riot, you have my attention. i thought he'd be to nautilus like kai'sa is to vayne (really not happy with her visual design, since they obviously fill a similar niche in high-speed, low range adc), but he seems best described as a blend of Nautilus' sea theme, kallista's vendetta, thresh's unorthodoxly dark design, and warwick's agressive nature.
