We need Team Builder Back

Waiting time is NOT a problem. Team Builder is the best choice for normals imo, and I'm sure many people agree with this too. Dynamic queue is not optimal, yes, but if you guys want to keep it, fine, but we need team builder. No more fights in lower elo. Which is a big issue ( I guess you guys really only care about the pool of cash you float in.) When team builder got removed I felt like quitting League, but I guess that's not possible, since it's so addictive. If you really care about the community,Bring Team Builder back.
