champion idea. hloov the mage shot

his story is basically that he romes Democia doing political assassinations and spying for the person who pays the most. he got his weapons from his dad in Ionia, he got his coat from a noxus spy he killed 2 years ago.

hes supposed to be like a AP 'ADC' . i got this idea after i was playing a game and my team was full AD but i didnt have any options to offset that with a ap bot laner other then teemo lol. he could also be a assassin with the ult i guess

passive - convert 50% of his ability power is added to his autos 15% of his ability power is life steal 15% of his ability power is spell vamp

Q - ????????

active- hloov throws his coat off stunning a champion it hits for (0.5, 1, 1.5, 2, 2.5) seconds

passive- + (5%,15%,25%,35%,45%) attack speed

W- ??????????// hloov throws a sticky magic bomb on a target doing (250% ap) + [0, 25,50, 75, 100] magic damage

the bomb takes 1 second then explodes

E- adjustment hloov switches his gun to his sniper doing the same auto damage but no on hit effects from his Q, passive, or items

sniper only has 6 bullets that are skill shots, the last shot pierces all units in its path auto damage (+ 15%, 20%, 25%, 40%, 50%) ability power

R- replace passive - hloov marks minions and basic monsters below 10% heal 200 units away from him

active - hloov kills the marked target and becomes a look alike from his coat. he holds this form until he is attacked or he attacks a target
