Skin Idea: FORECAST YASUO

I think that Riot should make a Forecast Yasuo, where his tornadoes would be life forecast Janna, but he would be in a suit and tie. He should have different dialogue. His sword could be a stick that weather people on the news use to point things out. I think that this skin would have to cost either 1350 or 1820 RP Because of all the new features this skin has to offer. I think this skin's dialogue should kind of be funny. All these ideas are mine and any feedback would be appreciated.
