Weis'Pul, The infection from the Void [Champion Concept]
** Weis’Pul**
Originated from the mergence of the Void and a highly contagious virus, Weis’Pul isn’t a single entity, but a cluster of microorganisms. This unique Void-spawn contaminates and degrades any living matter it comes in touch with, slowly building up its arsenal of DNA. Although Weis’Pul is not a “living” organism, each part of it is very brittle, yet very destructive.
** Infection from the Void.**
Many microorganisms of varying sizes and properties were corrupted and taken by the void, yet only one of them was able to withstand this harsh corruption. A highly contagious virus caught the watcher’s eyes, which eventually led them to cause a void-like mutation in its genome in order to spawn Weis’Pul, causing a significant growth in size and mass.
Over the millennia, this infection had claimed the DNA of many living organisms, incorporating it in its genome in order to adjust itself and become more lethal against the surrounding world. As soon as it makes contact with your skin, you’re as good as a husk for them, only serving as a temporary transportation mechanism whilst you’re eaten from the inside.
ABILITIES
INNATE: Mutations Takedowns within (approximate number) 2 seconds of being damaged by Weis’Pul grant it and its Active Agents bonus resistances based on enemy champions’ scaling (max 5 stacks [1 per unique champion]). Eg: Ahri gives MR, Urgot gives Armor, etc…. Moreover, Weis’Pul cannot purchase boots, instead it gains base movement speed with each unique enemy champion takedown.
[Q]: Feverish Infection: Passive: Weis’Pul’s basic attacks reduce enemies’ damage dealt by % for (approximate number) 4 seconds, each attack adding one stack on hit and resetting the timer(stacking up to 4 times). Active: Weis’Pul contaminates the affected enemies, applying a Dormant Agent onto them, which stays around for longer with each stack of Feverish Infection active.
[W]: Deterioration: TOGGLE: Weis’Pul sacrifices a portion of itself in order to produce a deadly cloud around itself and Active Agents, dealing magic damage (%AP) to nearby enemies. (HP per Second [of Weis’Pul and Active Agents alike]) (Damage Stacks with Active Agents)
[E]: Lytic Cycle: Weis’Pul activates Dormant Agents in its enemies, which deal magic damage (%AP) on hit (Scales with Attack Speed) to the respective champions. Active Agents have %Max HP health, but lose HP every 0.25 seconds, increasing over time. Enemy Champions can target their allies to deal damage to Active Agents, but they also deal 25% of damage to the targeted champion. Lytic Cycle cannot last more than 15 seconds. Reaching the time limit will cause Active Agents to instantly expire, regardless of their remaining health.
[R]: Viral Replication: After a 0.5 second channel, Weis’Pul dismantles itself and leeches onto Active Agents, splitting Weis’Pul’s Max HP amongst them and granting them bonus magic damage (%AP). In this state, Weis’Pul’s Active Agents receive (approximate number) 50% Spell Vamp and become immune to Grievous Wounds (because Viruses aren’t technically alive, they instead replicate using the host’s cells). If an enemy champion dies whilst afflicted with an Active Agent, Weis’Pul rematerializes itself on top of the enemy champion’s dead body with the remaining HP of the Active Agent. If, after casting Viral Replication, all the Active Agents expire before an inflicted enemy champion dies, Weis’Pul will instantly die.
