Leftover Riot Points

Players should be able to contribute their left over Riot Points towards a skin boost in a match but, do so collectively with other teammates. The problem is that everyone spends their RP differently and you often have some RP leftover that is not enough to buy anything with. So, why not have a collective skin boost for a match where each person can contribute their leftovers, if they want, so that a skin boost can occur? What I would imagine is the skin boost button being more of a meter that can be filled and if there's enough points, the skin boost activates.
